breakfast
i'm so thirsty.. i didn't mentally know- that i would drink right up to eating- and then right after- put my 30 minute timer on... and i'm so thirsty.. but i had to force the breakfast in.. i was instructed- to have 1 egg with cheese, 1 slice of bacon and 1 sausage (i hate sausage).. i couldn't fini**** (i usually have left over from super before) and drink my crystal light orange drink with it- just a sip.. (i had started doing that about 2 months ago... SHAME ON ME) just when you think- just this once - it becomes a habit- and you don't know what you've done... SABITAGE... i'm so craving something to eat.. since i didn't like the egg, or sausage... craving- wanting... UGH...
lunch- at noon- is a salad with the new 1 calorie spritzer salad dressing- with boiled egg and chicken stripes... alrighty....
then from lunch to supper i can have mix fruit up to 2 CUPS!!! which i have already measured out and put in a baggie- strawberry, pinapple,apples, grapes and banana.
then supper at 6pm- meat with 1 cup of non starch veggie..
no eating past 7pm.... (another one of my downfalls...)
i can do this... i can do this....
