1 year appointment
so, i haven't lost more than 5 pounds in since month 6...
was told i only have 5 more months to lose what i can from surgery.
i'm back up to 175 offically on dr's scale. so i was put on a MUST exercise every
day for 30 minutes- shock the body- change it up- not just walking.. increase speed and/or incline.. a eating plan- was given to me... (i can do it- will be hard, but going back to basics)... upping the protein and fiber- always was bad at that.. keep the water going (pretty good at that part) and no eating past 7pm (BAD at that- HORRIBLE)- breakfast within one hour of waking- and make that my biggest meal...- i would do supper.. no more goldfish pretzels.. I can do this- no one yell at me.. please.. just be supportive.. and tell me i can do it... I CAN DO IT...
i want to be at 140- 35 pounds gone... she said- if i don't lose i will probably regain and be at wherei started - and i just can't... i need to get my big clothes out of here... (still hanging on to them) - by next saturday- they're GONE... i went out and bought the food on the list .. and i'm set.. told my husband- and mom- and theyr'e supporting me- no more starbucks or caribou coffee.. (no lattes or mocha- no whip cream).. i can do it... all my lab work came back excellent- my body is coming around with cycles.. but i haven't lost any inches in the tummy- i have everywhere else- hips. legs. arms- neck.. in the last 3 months- nothing in the tummy though.. so i'm kicking this ... i started today... HERE I GO.......

Wow! Sounds like they really shook you up girl!
No Starbucks! Thank Gawd Im still losing....I couldn't make that kind of commitment! ha! That's like saying "Stop breathing!" or "No sex!"
Jen~ You can do this!!! No prob! i'm proud of you for your re-commitment and for putting this out there. It will keep you accountable.
