My Anniversary too!

I think we have several July 18 babies here. I am proud to be among them. One year ago today, what a year it has been . Started at 388 and have lost 184 pounds. Gone from a 32-4X pants to a loose 14 and 4X top to a large sometimes a medium. No more blood pressure meds, no bi-pap machine, no presciption pain meds daily for back pain. Am really enjoying living again! So to all of us who will celebrating one day or another this month, Happy Re-Birthday to us all! Let's stay together here, I want to go to Vegas next year!
