one year checkup

Just got back from seeing my surgeon for my one year. What can I say, all my labs came back excellent and I weighed in at 210 (fully clothed) for an official loss of 220 lbs. He's thrilled with how I've done and gave me the big atta boy. I was sure I would gain some weight while on vacation but I did do a lot of walking and think I actually lost a couple. Next step is to go back in 6 months for a plastics consult. My doc. said it would be no problem getting me approved for the tummy tuck as he did confirm that I have a hernia. He even gave me a 6 month supply of some new spray vitamin samples he just got. What a guy! Just gotta make sure I stick to it with the diet and exercise and don't get complacent. Congratulations Tim on the great checkup and weightloss. Sounds like your surgeon is a good one and in your corner. Loved meeting you in person, you are a great guy. I know guys lose more than girls - but you've beat me by almost 100 pounds. That took work too, not just the surgery. Great job. -Pam
