gross
ok.. so i've been riding my bike (trailing my son behind me) almost everyday- we go about 12-20 miles. but what's the gross part... is when we're doing.. and i get off the bike- sweat from my stomach "roll" that built up- rolls down my legs.. and it looks like i peed my shorts.. so bad it will run down my leg.. it's so gross.... don't get me wrong- before i had the surgery and lost this weight- i would have made it like 1-2 miles.. and it would've been slow... or i wouldn't have done it at all.. or when i'm working on the lawn- garden- bending the sweat does the same thing.. it's so embarrasing HONEST... i love the water.. but swimsuits.. i wear a size 12- but in the leg openings- my stomach rolls out... so i wear shorts... it would be so nice to go SWIMMING..
i have my one year appointment on friday- should i address this?? that- and how on earth am i GAINING weight- since hitting the exercise part hard the last month....
very embarrassing....

You know those long rolls of cotton? Try those for the sweating. Gold Bond powder works well for sweating, but it's stinky.Or maybe a thin rolled up cup towel........other than that
Yeah...I would mention the weight gain, however it is natural for wls folks to bounce up just a bit before stabilizing. Think of it like dropping a ball off of a building..........
falling,
falling, falling
bounce
bounce, bounce
bounce, bounce, bounce
bounce, bounce, bounce, bounce
That was the only way I could explain it in writing...sorry
