new trainer woopin' my hiney
hey julyers...
my previous trainer is taking a 2 month sabbatical or something so i have been handed over (i feel so cheap) to a new guy trainer. his name is david and apparently david has been in the marines. (feel sorry for me) although i am happy to be changing up my routine and i think it should probably help with this SLOWED weight loss he is woopin' my butt! my legs are so trembly and shaky...i have never done SO many lunges, squats and other unnamed excercises.
does anyone else have a personal trainer? do you like him/her? what kinds of stuff do they have you do. my other guy just had me on weights and machines....this guy we didn't do ANY machines at all. i liked it but holy moley he worked me.
brandy
