July 5, 2005 will always be a special date for me. This is the day that I was reborn. For you smart***es, this does not mean that my mother went through a tremendous amount of pain but that this is the day that I had my surgery. Weight - Before - 336, Today - 187 (Total Loss - 149 lbs) Pant size - Before - 50, Today - 34 (Medium shorts) Shirt size - Before - 3XL, Today - L (yes, that is only one L, a large) Shoe size - Before - 12/6E (largest they make without special order), Today - 11 1/2 (off the rack) Medication - Before - Blood Pressure and CPAP (for Sleep Apnea), Today - Mulit-vitamns As Tim C stated earlier, it is a WLS Requirement to post pics with the old pants on, so I have done so (don't know how to make pictures smaller, so they are quite large).

Vern, happy Re-birthday. You looking amazing! Yes, I think my surgery date is going to be my new birthday. I celebrated the "old" one as the day that gave me life, and now I want to celebrate this one as the day that gave me life, because I have no doubt I might not be here with out this.
