Sunday Weekly Weigh-in
Belly up is right. I've noticed even a one and a half pound swing makes my clothes feel tight around the tummy. It took 10 to 20 pounds before.
In that vein, like many of the rest of you, I'm hovering. For me it is 193 (my low, several days ago) to 197. This morning is 195.5. I know the things I need to be doing to jump start it, just haven't figured yet if I want to. (Drink more water, eat less carbs, excercise more.)

I weigh on Wednesdays since my surgery was on a Wed and as of last wed, I was 154.4, so down about 127 lbs from 282. I still can't even believe it.
Lately, each month, I'll lose like .5 lb for 2 weeks, then I'll lose 1.5 lbs one week and I'll have one real good week, losing like 2.5 lbs. So, at that rate, losing 5 lbs a month, I'll be at my goal in no time. My surgeon's goal for me was 160, I said 150, but as I near that weight, I think maybe 145 but that might require me to get back to EXERCISING!!!
