Right Amount of Food?
I usually eat between 3-4 oz of protein and 1/4 to 1/2 cup vegetables per meal. Does this sound like the right amount for this stage?
Even after eating that amount, I'm hungry about 1.5 to 2 hours later. Stomach growling and everything.
I'm worried I've stretched my pouch. Or should I be eating more? I do not drink for at least 1 hour after eating.

Karen... I experience the same kinda thing as you... struggling with hunger now, too... learning to control the newly awakened appetite.... successful some days... not so much on other days....
