Plans for the July 4th weekend?

Come on share everyone! I am planning to take a bike ride; watch the fireworks and see Hamlet in Central Park!

Sounds very Renaissance of you! I wanna go! I'll be doing the EXACT opposite! Ha! Working my butt off so that I can take three days in Texas with the family! Yuk! Texas is one ugly ass state! Not all of it is, but where we are going sure is. (Panhandle). We leave Sunday morning........get back Tuesday night. I'll be checking my e-mail, but I wont be on the board. No rest for the wicked around here. Finally got the city to sign off on my garage foundation today so tommorow I got a date with about 18 cubic yards of concrete. The rest of my weekend will be just as busy catching up on things I've neglected while all this garage stuff has been going on. I really need to work on my boat if I ever want to get it in the water this year. My brother usually has a BBQ and fireworks at his house on the 4th but I haven't heard anything from him yet. Im goin to the beach!! Im sure it will be packed with all the vacationers ( I live about 5 minutes from Seaside, a Jersey Shore hot spot) so I'll have to be sure to get there early. Im so glad we have a 4 day weekend !!!

On our way to Albuquerque tomorrow. We will spend the 4th with family. Thursday to Taos for whitewater rafting and the Pow Wow Friday. I check in through the week but I won't message. Enjoy. Dave

Looked at property yesterday. Looking to move out of the Seattle area, but don't want to be too far from the city. This weekend is a "home day" type weekend. Monday is a workday (though it isn't bad when most people aren't there, nice and quiet). Tuesday, we're off to see the Seattle Mariners WIN a baseball game. Maybe fireworks after. -Pam
