"Sunday" Weigh in

WTF!!! Noone posted a Sunday weigh in yesterday. A day late and a dollar............ Let's get this party strarted! Belly up to the scale.....is it givin' ya love or is it hatin'? C

The only week since November that I haven't exercised and what happens?........ I dropped 3 lbs! T-143 and counting C

Down another pound: 106 total. Great week, better one ahead. Dave

'puters been iffy at home since Saturday. Had to wait till I got to work to get on line. Been too busy re-digging my footings after everything got absolutely swamped here last Wed. during some really bad storms to fix it. I did manage to weight myself yesterday tho. For the first time since my surgery I don't have a loss to report. Weighed the same as last week. Pre-op 430 Sunday 211 Total lost 219 Gotta get movin! Tim

pre op -333 today- 224 down 3 lbs this week

i've been so depressed again the last week... eating carbs.. and it shows.. i put on 6 pounds... DARN IT... back to 168... DARN IT... i want to swear..... so stupid.. stupid stupid stupid..
