1 year doc appointment...
Well, I have my visit a few weeks early, but it was wonderful. My doc actually said the "I can't believe it's you -- you have done as good as you possible can. Now DON'T lose anymore weight! LOL WOW! WHat a great feeling! 
I love my life, I love this surgery, I love my body! I never thought I'd be able to say that in my life! 
Yeah for me! (tooting my own horn) I bought a bikini today - not for public, but just for you guys. I'll get a pic posted in the next day or two.
I now weigh 126 - UNBELIEVABLE!! I can pick anything off the rack and it looks good. I buy every peice of clothing I can find! LOL I'm insane! I love shoes, nails, clothes, sundresses, sleeveless stuff, short stuff... etc. I think I'm dressing a little provocative for my "Minister of Music" position, but OH WELL! I wanna live and wear the things I can while I can. My doc gave me the 1 year speach....Now the hard part begins. Make sure you've changed those eating habit or you WILL gain alot of your weight back. Of course this diabetes scare is helping me keep my food ontrack. I got back for more testing next week. My surgeon is working closing with my PCp on this. We'll see what happens.
I have so much energy that I am taking sleeping pills or xanax before bed alot more frequently. Just can't stop at the end of the day! I LOVE life, and just about everything in it! Now, if I could just win the lottery. LOL I'd be a happy person! 
Ok, so that's is all for now. I'll keep you posted on the diabetes thing - which is what they are leaning toward. I'm having an A1C run and full thyroid work up. Hopefully net week. We'll see!
