losing my hair (again)
so my hair was growing back- thicker ... and
the last 3-4 days i've had HANDFULS come out again
plus my face is breaking out like crazy and i'm very dizzy and having the shakes..
and boy do i get FULL fast now... i never got "full" before- just
had tomeasure.. i think i have been eating way too much and that's
part of the reason of not losing fast... but wow.. this week-
i eat 1/4 cup and bam i'm full.. (i'm not complaining mind you..) just
is odd... but i've noticed in the shower the drain once again has been getting clogged the last week... i know i don't get enough protein in... do you think i should
buy some protein powder and drink it to kick start the system again??

This is an odd group of symptoms that don't sound related.
The dizzies and the shakes could be a deficiency in B-12, iron, or some other vitamin or nutrient. Sounds like it's time to get some blood work done.
The hair loss.....well it takes months of malnutrition before you start to see hair loss. Now in our case, we don't have the stored vitamins that we did prior to wls. We've used them up, so it might take less time of malnutririon to see hair loss. Soooo....The answer to that would be what ever was going on a month or more ago. Protein could indeed be the culpret there, but it would have to be pretty darn low to have hair fall out again.
The quarter cup thing. I say...take advantage of it while you can. I have days that I can eat just the smallest amounts and I get very full. Other days (like yesterday) I ate a whole, huge bagel with no problem. I didn't even think about it until it was gone. And then I panicked!!!! WTF!!!

I'm so glad you posted this! My hair started falling out again about 2 weeks ago. It was finally growing back, and now it is as thin as ever again. Add that to the fact that my hairdresser left me under the lights too long when I got highlights, and my hair is not a pretty sight.
Anyway, just wanted to let you know that you're not alone. I'm not sure if it's timing or what, but I'm right there with you. I'm worried it's from not enough protein too, so this morning I had a canned protein drink with 35 grams in it. It was actually pretty good, so I may go buy more of those. The brand was Worldwide, and they came from Trader Joe's.
