Down 2 this week. Cutting some carbs helped. Exercise was spotty given a major case of poison ivy ( thank God it was this year). Dave

thanks Pam, had alot more than most to lose, I just hope I lose the remainder! Has really slowed down. But I have really been slack in the exercise lately, I need to get back in gear there.
