Opposite End of the Spectrum
I never would have thought one year ago that today I would be at the opposite end of the spectrum when it came to shopping. It turns out it's hard at this end too!
I went shopping for capris today since it's starting to get warm here. I don't like to shop in the Junior's section because everything is so low waisted. I found some capris that I liked and looked through the sizes. Size 4 was the lowest they came in, so I brought those and a 6 into the dressing room. The 4's are a little baggy! Granted, I'm not a 4 in all brands. These were in the Misses section, so I'm sure they are cut bigger.
The problem came when I started looking through all the colors to find my size. There were lots of 10's, 12's, 14's, but hardly any small sizes. I found a few. Who would have thought I would go from having trouble finding size 28's to having trouble finding size 4's? Definitely not me.
Is anyone having trouble stopping losing? Have you made it to your goal but are continuing to lose? My first goal was 140. I hit that no problem. Then I decided I wanted to be 130. I hit that and stayed at 127 for a few weeks. Now this morning the scale was down to 125.8. People are telling me I'm too skinny. I think I'm getting that big head syndrome where your head looks disproportionate to your body. I'm adding in more snacks and hoping that will help. Anyone have any other advice?
Thanks!
Lauren
281/125.8/130?
I looked at your picture that is posted with the message and said to myself, who is that lady? Then I looked at your profile and said, oh yes, I know her. The transformation is amazing.
I'm doing 12/14 now, so not having the problem you are. There used to be 5/7/9 shops in town, I haven't seen one of them in years.

Try Ann Taylor-- Their closes run down to 0 and appear more appropriate-- Banana republic-- I find dept. stores hard to shop in now -- and I am an 8/10 bottom and 12/14 top -- so I can imagine how hard it must be for you--
I know Kim Grimme had mentioned a while back that her surgeon had said she should stop losing weight-- I'd follow up with her and send her an email.
