Hi Channan, I post once in a while. I read this board and the Texas board faithfully every day. Now that school is over for the summer I will post more often. I am down about 112 pounds since my surgery. I am looking forward to swimming now that school is out also.

Alice, You're a teacher right? My first major in college was elementary education. I changed it a few times, but every time summer rolls around I sure wish I could have that time off! Instead, I'm truckin through these nasty summers we have in AZ. YUK! I hope all goes well this summer. Swimming is great exercise. Glad to see you here! C

Hi seems like some of the boards are dying. I get on the north carolina board. And it is dying fast. The people that was on there when I started are no longer on there. I guess they lost all they wanted and stop getting on here. I lost all I wanted and still love to read and post. I have had alot of help on here and If I can help someone I want to. It is hard when you are doing this alone. My kids are tired of my not eating alot and they fuss at me now. SO I can't talk to them. Amy
