I wasn't going to post this because it wasn't anything big...just a little funny. BUT!!!! Noone has posted ANYTHING today! Is there nothing at all interesting in your lives worth talking about? Guilt trip over. Anywho........I was at my sisters house this evening and she has one on those little girls that says WHATEVER is on her mind. You know THOSE type of kids, right. I'm usually wishing that she would just shut up! I know that's harsh, but believe me....I'm not the only one who has offered to muzzle this child. Anyway....I was wearing pants and she looks at me and says (all chipper like): "Hey........your legs are skinny now!" Finally.....something out of this kids mouth worth hearing! Then she turns to her mom and says...."You should start running too so that you can have skinny legs!" I guess she just doesn't know when to stop! What's going on with all of you? ...Personally I have not felt well today, but that is A-typical of me when we have storms....When I was about 9 or 10 years old, we had a tornado touch down only a few miles from our house, and ever since then I litterally get an upset tummy long before the bad weather kicks in. I had not een been outside today or even really paid much attention to the weather, except after about 5 this afternoon when i realized why I didn't feel well was becasue we were under a tornado watch until 10 pm. Thank goodness that has been over for almost 2 hours now. Anyhoo...that is my day in a nutshell..... Mandie

Always willing to play with you C! Just another eventful day in south east Michigan here. Fixed the trailer lights on my pick-up truck. Gonna be towing a trenching tool to dig the foundation of my new garage this weekend and like the good boyscout that I am I want to be prepared. Had a glass block window company come out today and put new windows in my basement. Always exciting. Now I'm here at work, getting paid to post this, preparing inspection reports for wing tip fuel tanks for some small jet. BORING!!! 340 pages of numbness and I have to find and fix any errors. Good thing I got some visene cause my eyes are about buggy from looking at this damn computer. Gonna be here for at least 2 more hours too. DONT...KNOW...IF...I...CAN...MAKE...IT!!! At least it was warm today and I got to enjoy driving to work with my sunroof all the way open. What little hair I have left blowing in the wind. I'm sooo impressed. I can't even get my husband to mow the lawn! There is NO WAY in hell he would be doing all of the hard work and physical labor you have been spending on your house! It was a boring day today, no great excitement. I'm setting up a work area for welding. This weekend I'll try to finish the piece I started when I took my welding class. Today I bought a tool storage area (cheapish) and installed plastic storage shelves to put my scrap metal on. Tomorrow I'll go get me some scrap metal to weld. I could pay bills, but when I do, all my money disappears... -Pam

Oh Chananigans (typo on purpose- my daughter's best friend is named Shannon and that's what I call her) you ALWAYS make me laugh with your witty replies! I bravely went to work today. Then I had to leave promptly 40 minutes later. I was delivering a cake yesterday on the way home and had to duck into the bushes to vomit. Then I pulled up to work today, and had to have the dreaded diarrhea so bad I debated on whether I should go in to work or run to Jack in the Box. Work was closer so that's what I did. Spent 10 minutes in the (one) bathroom that we have. Started crying. Just a mess. I don't know WHY I am sick, but I am so SICK of it! I thought having my gall bladder out would take care of it, but NOOOOOO. Maybe I just need some time, I don't know. It's getting real old though, I tell you! Things are getting down to the wire with my ex to be. He STILL thinks we are getting back together. Although I haven't been leading him on at all, I have left things open because I really wish I could make my marriage work. But I don't love him anymore. I don't even like him. I don't mind being around him, because he is my daughters father, but I have no attraction for him whatsoever, in fact, I am repulsed at times. Same ol, same ol. And I don't know WHY he would want someone who doesn't want him. It's sad, actually. But many changes are gonna have to be made here pretty quick--- moving, etc. and I'm already exhausted just thinking about it. So that's why my posting has been very sporadic. I don't feel too good. I read but am really tired of whining all the time. On the other hand, I am now down to 149 and feeling really bony. That's a good thing. love you Miss Divine! Michele

How funny.........My dear friends call me "Channanigans" too! But only when I'm up to my........well.........my shananigans! Sheesh honey.........I was hoping that you'd be on the mend by now! I think you probably have a lot of junk in your body that just needs time to work it's way out. Sepsis (sp?), meds, pain killers......all of it! Your body has been through a lot in the last few weeks and needs some time to recover. Check flights for Vegas. At the rate that gas prices are going, it might be cheaper (and safer) to fly! It is for me.......coming from Phoenix. Just get your butt there girly! C

people at my work don't hold back nothing. Something about nurses tell the truth. I had a lady to tell me "well Amy as big as your legs was I didn't think you would loose any in them" That burnted my @ss up. I am still the same person. And of course she was one of the skinny ones. With the smart @ss comments. I better stop before I get pp`ed all over again. Amy
