Ah hell!!!!!!
I'm very frusterated.........I'm doing everything right. Lots of exercise, lots of protein, calories in check, fluids in check...........
Damn! I gained three lbs this week then lost 2.5!!!!!!!!
I have lost those same three lbs 3 times!
I'm hating my body right now.....it's giving me grief, I feel fat and gross...I'm currently looking for a hole to crawl into.

A day late here but better late than never I guess.
Been on a stall here, not exercising enough and eating too much. My weights been going up and down 2 pounds for the last 3 weeks. I did manage to get to the gym today though. This is probably good for me since it shows that even someone who has done as good as I have has to stay on top of it in order to keep on losing.
