Topic: More to lose... 3/28 (Tuesday)
Good morning, ladies! Where is everyone... Is this spring break? I overslept this morning, so I'm posting late. Sort of winging it... I'll check my calories later... (dangerous, I know!): Breakfast: Bagel (yup I gave in at the pool) Coffee Snack: Raisins Lunch: South Beach Chicken Cashew Snack: Sugar free pudding Dinner: Shrimp Lettuce Light dressing Exercise: 1 hr water aerobics Hope everyone has a great day and come on back and help me keep the train on track. Without YOU, I'm liable to steer the train off the track! BRATTY GIRL may start driving! Denise 326/220/170 -106 50 lbs to Drs goal 20 lbs to mini goal of 200 by July 6!

Hi Mary!! I could not get my bottom up this morning at 4:00 am for Pilates....so... I slept in until 4:30 and did 1 hr of water aerobics! I hope to get in 25 minutes of Pilates and 1 hr of walking before days end. It's tough, however. If I don't get all the exercise done in the morning, the day gets away from me before I can complete the rest. Hope you're having a great sunny day! It's cloudy and chilly here in the midwest. Proper breathing technique is extremely important during training. Breathing supplies oxygen to the muscle cells, which is essential for muscle contraction, and helps deliver energy and build the muscle. Make sure to exhale when you lift the weight and inhale when you lower it. So what have you done today? Hello i often wondered about you . i dont post near as much either anymore ,but i will say i just got back from 5 days in vegas and wow they really party there . i lost weight while i was there though lol we was so busy on the go all time . we stayed in the Paris hotel it was my first vivsit there . Wow they drink and party all day at 5 am and 7 am you see people walking around w/ drinks that is just crazy . I can relate i dont lose much anymore either i did gain 7 pounds this week though . i need to get back to basics . at least you get your ace to the gym i still cant get there but am trying .. take care nice seeing you post

Today's endorphine rush this morning I did my 2.5 mile walk, this evening a 45 min. weight lifting class and 1 hr spin class.

Hi Mare, I got up and did my 30 minutes WATP WalkBlaster this morning. I always feel good after I've done it. I hope to get out for a walk this afternoon, and then I'll do my 30 minute Walk and Kick video this evening. Have an awesome day everyone! Hugs, Nancy

Thanks for this Mary. I'm certainly guilty of not eating breakfast and also of being a 'late night in front of the TV' eater. I sometimes wait to eat because it seems like once I start eating, that's all I think about... I wonder if Unjury in lemonade would count as breakfast? I seem a bit better if I just drink a shake or something. Hugs, Nancy

Hi Nancy: I know it felt good to take a mental vacation from all this tracking stuff. I'm glad you're back. I have a gala to go to in April. I bought a little black dress that is a bit snug. I'm hoping I'm motivated enough to drop a few lbs before April 24, otherwise I'll buy a big jacket to go over it! Have a great day!!
