I don't have feedback to share about ps, since I haven't had any yet. I just wanted to wish you all the best! It's a big decision, but many of us need to have ps in order to feel that we've come completely full circle. Gosh you didn't think you'd lose enough to need ps? you're almost 1/3 of your old self! Good Morning, Yesterday was not good, I found myself getting back into an old habit. Before WLS, when I was on one of my many diets and had thrown out all the snacks, I would pay a visit to my sister's house because she always kept lots of snacks. I'd get my snack fix and think nothing of it because it wasn't in my house so it didn't count. Well she kept my kids yesterday, because my mom had some things to do. Why did I walk in that house and eat chips, cookies and cake. I stopped myself at one bite of each, but that old feeling came back and I did not like it. I packed up the kids and got the heck out of there before I could do anymore damage. Today's plan: Breakfast Turkey Sausage Snack Protein Smoothie Lunch Baked Chicken, greens, red beans/rice Snack Banana Dinner Chicken Burger and Salad Snack Philly Swirl Have a great day! Teah

Here's today's plan: Breakfast: Tilpia Applesauce Snack: Deli Turkey Lunch: South Beach Chicken Penne Snack: Deli Ham Dinner: Steak Lettuce Light Dressing Snack: Raisins Nutrition: 1130 Calories 44 Fat 80 Carbs 96 Protein Exercise: 1 hr water aerobics.. OMG Irene, here I am lurking and just happened to take a look at your profile...YOU ARE FREAKIN AMAZING!!! YOU DON'T EVEN LOOK LIKE THE SAME PERSON!!! I am so glad to see you doing so well....WOW. As for you, Ms. Sherri B., I know how you feel...I still have some weight to lose. About 2 months ago, I felt EXACTLY the same way...eating what I wanted, not working out, etc. Then I got motivated, joined the gym, and re-focused on what was important. Though the weight loss is slow, I have gained alot of muscle (yowza yowza...LOL) and feel GREAT again! Hang in their, and know we're all rooting for you! Keep smiling and keep the faith! Teah: It's so true!!! I remember being a newbie and reading of 2 yr post opts on the main board and being amazed at the struggles. Now I truly understand. I'll probably post the rest of my life just to try and stay focused. I don't want to look back and realize the scar up my abdomen was for nothing!!! At this point maintaining is even more important than losing. I want to lose, by for the love of peanutbutter, I've got to maintain. I saw my regular doctor and my lab work has never looked soooo good!!! Hope you're having a great evening my friend. We're going to stay on task!! Denise
