Topic: RE: More to lose... Thursday (5/25)....
I've been having a REALLY hard time sticking to any sort of calorie budget the last two days. Tuesday, I got a call at school...my daughter had a high fever and needed to come home. So I picked her up, and out of boredom and stress, ate too much. Yesterday, my dad baby-sat for me while I went went to work. When I got home, she was STILL running a high fever, so we went to the doctor. She has strep. But not only does she have strep, but the strep is making her nauseated...so every time we give her medicine, she throws it all right back up. So yesterday, I ate bad, too.
Here's TODAY'S plan. Whether I can stick to it or not is a completely different story.
B~toast, ff cream cheese
L~wrap, cottage cheese, pretzels, laughing cow
D~grilled chicken, sweet potato
S~protein shake (planned)...not sure about anything else
Exercise: Too hot to go outside (90 degrees!), but I will definitely get on my treadmill tonight for at least 30 minutes (haven't exercised in 2 days!)
We're supposed to be going camping this weekend, assuming Caitlin is well again. Today is the last day of school for us, although because she's been sick, her last real day was on Monday. Too much is going on, but too much stress. I'm having a hard time dealing with it. AAACCCCKKK!!!

Good morning....
Yesterday was okay... not in full compliance, but not too bad... I overdosed on wheat thins and crackers... definitely not on the menu plan. Slow up and down progress, but I'm getting there... Here's today's plan:

Midmonring Snack:

Lunch:

Afternooon Snack:

Dinner:
AchievOne
Dessert:
Sugar free sorbet
Nutrition:
924 Calories
19 Fat
61 Carbs

Just so long as the scale doesn't move ahead, i'm A-Ok with what ever it reads
Topic: RE: More to lose... Wednesday (5/24)...
Follow the scale's first mind!!!!
You probably had your head leaning to far forward when you weighed the second time, which gave it a false reading!!!!
Topic: RE: Overdue update on baby Jessica & myself
Thanks for the update, Traci. Sounds like Jessica is growing and healthy! I'm impressed with the way you've gotten back into shape, too! I'm sure getting away to the conference on June 4th will be a welcome break for you. Hope you have a great time! I enjoyed the conference in NJ last year, and learned a lot - it was difficult to choose which event(s) to attend because there were so many good ones.

I saved this post from Pinelope as to how to add photos to your website.
Please keep in mind that you should be sure that your files are not too large, and that your pictures also are not too large as this can overload the server and also cause your page to load slowly for people. This can be especially frustrating for anyone on dialup. We want our profiles to be shared, so let's keep it simple for people to be able to view them by keeping our files small enough
This is how I do it, but you can use any photo server of your choice....so here goes, hope it helps some people out, the OH-photo team gets overloaded, so the more of us who can post our own, the better.
I use photobucket.com to add my pics to my profile. It's free and easy.
Just get your username and password set then start adding pics to the site. After they're uploaded, you'll see 3 different text lines under each pic. (I also find it easier to resize your photos to the size you'd like BEFORE you upload them to photobucket...this way you know exactly the size they will appear on your profile, ahead of time. I use PaintShop Pro 9, it has some really cool features...you can download a free trial version of this at jasc.com...or you can use something like irfanview, which you can get for free at irfanview.com)
To post a picture in your photo section of your profile, paste the URL that photobucket gives you into the photo boxes in your profile.
To post a pic in the body of your profile, paste the TAG line into your text box of your profile (where you put your updates) NEW If you want to put pictures side by side, and they are small enough to do so, just paste in the TAG line from the first, then put in 1-2 spaces, then paste in the TAG line for the second. (best is if you have them centered also, do this by putting in the HTML code < center > before the pictures (without the spaces) and the HTML code < / center > (without the spaces) after the pictures.
The message board photos though, need to be added by the OH photo team, you can send it to them, along with your user name, user ID# and e-mail addy to [email protected]
If you need these directions at a later time, you can get it from a link on my profile, I decided to add that feature for those who are looking for this information but can't find one of my posts
Good luck and have fun.

Hey Denise,
That's a great way to start the day!
I thought I'd have similar news, I got on the scale and it read 181, got off and got on again and it was 183. I should have stopped while I was ahead.
I ended up having peanuts for dinner yesterday. I just wasn't too hungry. I also keep forgetting to put a stack of protein smoothies in the fridge, so i've been without them for a few days.
I also went shopping yesterday and I picked up some Tilipia, I'm going to try it this weekend on the grill like you said, with the applesauce. I don't know if I can do it for breakfast though. I'll let you know how it turns out.
Today's plan:
Breakfast
1 oz Corned Beef
Lunch
Salad w/ Chicken Breast
Dinner
Frozen Meal
Snacks
Peanuts (single serving size, I learned my lesson)
Yogurt w/ Grape nuts
Bannana
I should log this into fit day...but I don't have time this morning, I was 45 minutes late because of horrible traffic that cut into my morning procrastination time.
Have a great day.

I should never have weblogs...I never did good with diaries and couldn't keep up with keeping other folks informed on anything!!! LOL But I have updated my page and as soon as I figure out how to upload a picture (let's start by getting them on the puter first...hee hee hee) then you'll see the new and improved me!
Congrats to everybody on almost 2 years!!!
