Boy, it's hard coming back to healthy ways after camping (or vacation). I actually didn't do too badly camping...it was when we got home that I totally went bonkers. Thankfully, we've only been home since Tuesday...so I didn't have a total collapse. B: english muffin, ff cream cheese L: tuna wrap, cottage cheese D: spaghetti S: not sure yet...going to pick up fruits and veggies from the farmer's market Exercise: planning to walk to the library with daughter...get some books on CD and movies for her...MAYBE a book for me (but I still have so many at home I need to read) Pamela -134 on a good day

Hi everyone, Back on the wagon (again... ) and trying to get back in the 'diet' mindset. Here's the plan for today... B: Isopure Zero Carb protein drink L: Unjury in lemonade D: Turkey Sloppy Joe (meat only) with lowfat shredded cheese, 1/2 sliced pear and sliced cucumber and green pepper Snacks: pork rinds WW Flakes and fiber a few peanut butter pretzels Totals: Calories: 717 Carbs: 24 Protein: 75 Exercise: I plan on doing the 30 minute, 2 mile WATP video, and hopefully take a 20 minute walk at lunchtime. Welcome back and woo-hoo on all of the male attention!!!! I'm back too. I was off of work for a week and it wasn't too pretty for me either! I'm so glad there's a place to go to when I need support. I'm getting back to business and did well yesterday and even did 30 minute WATP video. Let's join hands and do this together... Hugs, Nancy

I am done with surgeries all I wanted done was the tummy. I would've like to have the thighs adressed but with my Lymphedema they are off limits. This coming from my vascular surgeon and the plastic surgeon. So I deal with it. Mike

Topic: I'm back... and it's a good thing...
Hello my wonderful support system... I had a wonderful time in Washington... I went to a 50th birthday party with a good friend and was astonished to be the belle of the ball. It has been so long so anyone paid attention to me that I didn't know how to act. The single gentlemen were falling over themselves to be attentive to me. This is soooo strange... I haven't had a real date since 1994!! I've been obese forever and I'm not sure how to handle the attention. I'm back in St. Louis now... back to my normal routine. It was fun being Cinderella for a minute!! My eating habits were not good while I was away. I did have one protein drink in the morning and it was downhill from there. No exercise either. So... I've got my work cut out for me. Hope you all had a great week... Denise

Good Morning all, I hope everyone is still doing great. I'll be off until Monday, June 5. I have a very busy weekend ahead. Yesterday was fairly good.
