Hi all, Did pretty well again yesterday. I'm down another pound, so as the weight keeps dropping I feel very motivated. I hope I can be strong this weekend. Of course I get chosen to bring the dessert for our Father's Day get together tomorrow. I'm planning fruit salad and strawberries with angel food cake and whipped cream - I can stick to the fruit! Here's what I ate yesterday: B: Isopure Protein Drink L: Slimfast meal bar D: Turkey burger with LF cheese (can you tell I have a new favorite thing??? ) a bit of ketchup and a bit of onion Snacks: cherries and Trader Joe's white cheddar soy crisps Totals: Calories: 773 Carbs: 42 Protein: 78 ( gotta get that up!) ************************************* Here's my plan for today: B: Isopure Protein Drink L: small leftover turkey burger D: Tilapia with some carb careful breadcrumbs and a bit of spaghetti sauce Snacks: Power Crunch bar (if they have it at GNC), cherries, TJ soy crisps Totals: Calories: 736 Carbs: 38 Protein: 85 Gee, that sounds like a lot of food, but pretty low in calories. Hopefully I can stick to it, but if I can't there's quite a bit of leeway as long as I choose the right thing. Hugs, Nancy

Pamela, you don't owe anyone any explanations at all. Your life is yours and you deserve a baby no matter how much weight you lost, didn't lose, still want to lose, whatever! I struggled with ttc#1 for 6+ years and I know how hard it is. (shocked that your insurance company covered clomid by the way ;) ) Anyway, I wish you the best of luck and I hope its a short road to pregnancy for you and an uneventful happy 9 months! You have alot to be proud of, you've lost 134lbs, imagine a pregnancy still at that old weight! Hold your head high and know that you've done a great job and you've made a better life for yourself and your new baby to come! Best wishes, Deejay

I did all right yesterday. I didn't eat any fruit for my snacks...it turns out we didn't have any more! I ate 1/3 of a basic gas station nacho (at the pool) for a snack and wound up eating about 3 oz. of DQ. Oh, and I had a couple of deep-fried pickles with dinner (although I took the coating off of them). Otherwise, I stuck to the plan. Today's plan: B~english muffin (and still hungry so....) piece of deli chicken S~hoping to skip, as I'm sure we'll be eating out L~something healthy wherever we go S~skip...I hope D~something healthy S~probably the dinner leftovers (which is typical for me...stupid things call my name all the time) As you can see, the details really suck today. My husband is off all weekend, and at this point, I have no idea what the day will look like. I just thought I'd start the thread for you guys *****ALLY know what your day will look like! Cheers! Way to go, Pamela. For all the reasons you outlined, I think it makes lots of sense. I can't wait to be cheering on another July baby having a baby... Good Luck - and I'm sending vibes that it happens in no time flat! Irene

Hi everyone!! I agree, Teah - TGIF!!!! I have to say I'm a bit apprehensive about getting through the weekend without bingeing. I'm down to 171 lbs - I've lost 6.5 lbs since Monday, so I don't want to ruin it. Once again, what I plan and what actually eat are a bit different, but not too bad. I still look for the crunchy salty things - I'm just about out of pretzels, but have some pork rinds. I think I'm going to get some of those little dill pickles - maybe they'll be better. The pork rinds have no carbs, but man are they loaded with fat. I really miss my lo-carb pretzels....they don't make them anymore.... Yesterday I ate: B: Isopure Zero Carb protein drink L: some strawberries and pork rinds... D: Turkey burger with cheese, onion and a bit of ketchup. Snacks: Cherries, pork rinds, 10 pretzels Totals: Calories: 941 Carbs: 52 Protein: 93 ************************************* Here's the plan for today: B: Isopure protein drink L: Unjury protein drink D: Another one of those yummy turkey cheeseburgers, onion, ketchup Snacks: strawberries, cherries, pork rinds... Totals: Calories: 756 Carbs: 25 Protein: 81 **************************************** I'm planning to go out for my walk in a little while. Hope everyone has a great weekend!!! Hugs, Nancy

HI everyone. Yesterday I pretty much stuck to my plan except I did have a very small slice of pizza at my daughter's graduation party. It was really more like a sliver just to get the taste. I was very impressed I didn't go further. Today: B: Protein bar S: None L: Deli Turkey and cheese S: Raspberries or cantaloupe, will see what I'm in the mood for. D: Grilled Chicken breast with maybe some cucumber and green pepper slices. Thats it!

Teah, As for protien bars you may want to look at PowerCrunch (all 4 flavors are great) they are like large Sugar Wafer Cookies with a flavored Coating. I love the Cookies-n-Cream and the French Vanilla are my absolute favorites (my children even love them****ep them in the freezer...seems to make them even better. I purchase my online through SmartHealthStore. Mary

Hello Teah, To answer you from yesterday I get My bars at either walmart or Giant. If I'm out and need something I can pick them one up at a WAWA or 7-11. Most of you Stores like Wal-Mart Kmart target this like will have them and the nice thig is that you'll be able to buy singles and try different flavors so you're not locked into a large quantity that you don't like.
