Last month I was 263. Today I weighed in at 253.
I am so happy the scale is going down. I have been trying really hard to keep the carbs away.
Meaning the snack crap that my body does need. And man it is very hard.
This is what I have been eating...
Breakfast
Premier Protein Chocolate Shake 30g Protein
Snack
Sargento Light String Cheese 6g Protein
Lunch
1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese
Yoplait Light Yogurt - Key Lime Pie
Dinner
What Ever I Make for husband jus****ching portion control
Last night we had Spam & Egg Wrap
It was good and filling I could only eat half of one.
I also have been drinking at least 2 litters of grape flavored drop in waters
I have been trying to not drink pop if i do i limit it to one small glass.
I am not drinking with meals witch is really a hard habit to break.

H 344/ C 253 / Goal 199.9 For Today

I weighed 191.5 this morning, so I'm 9 lbs. down since 1/26 and I'm happy with that. I've moved into Phase 2 of the SBD, so now can incorporate a fruit or whole grain into my diet. I think I'm going to have a small apple with some natural PB for an evening snack.
I had my tap recital last night and it went really well. Now I have to find some exercise to replace what I was doing for a couple of hours 3x a week. I might just do the dances and exercises over and over for an hour every other day. I hate formal exercise, but love the dancing, so that might work.
Where is everyone?!?!?!
Oh where oh where have all my friends gone???? Todays weight is 287.2. Here is my plan for today.

So I am at work right now at the busiest banking branch in all of central MA and it is DEAD. It is SOOOO scary!!!!! I weighed the same this morning. Here is what Ive had so far:
B: weight control cinn. with raisins
L: Chef salad with light dressing and 1/2 pita bread
S: I get out of work at 830 and I have NO idea what I want! I just dont want chili tonight.... hmmm...

Hi Lisa and everyone else!
I'm doing well on the SBD. I'm down to 192 lbs. from 200.5 on 1/26. I can't wait until I'm in the 180's - that's my short term goal, so it's getting close!
Here's my meal plan for today:
B: low sodium V-8, 2-3 oz. grilled chicken breast
S: zucchini with 1 oz hummus
L: Eggbeaters with some black olives and lf cheddar, veggies from the salad bar
S: light Finlandia Swiss with some walnuts or almonds
D: big salad with salmon, black olives, roasted red pepper, cucumber, tomato and 2T dressing
S: either some yogurt w PB or fudgecicle
Still practicing a lot for my tap recital on Monday - my poor old bones are ACHING!!!

S: Wendy's chili with cheese, side salad

Hi Lisa,
Yeah, I'm still hanging in there. I had a 7lb. weight loss my first week on SBD and was happy with that. Then I gained 1.5 lbs - I honestly don't know how that happened - I've been sticking to it to the letter! I lost one of those pounds today, but it got me PO'd for sure!
I'm still going to stick with it. It's got to come off if I'm not eating the sugar and bad processed carby foods I was eating. At least I feel better and I'm sleeping better.
I take a tap dancing class and we're having a recital on Monday evening, so we're practicing like 2 hours every other day...I'm DRIPPING wet when we're done, so that's been my exercise.
I'm hanging in there....here's my menu for today:
B: low sodium V-8 and 2 oz. grilled chicken
S: cucumbers and 1 oz. hummus
L: Eggbeaters omelet with lf cheddar cheese, one sl of turkey bacon and veggies from the salad bar
S: light swiss cheese and some walnuts
D: Salmon on a big salad with assorted veggies and 2T dressing
S: yogurt or a cup of milk
The night time is still the toughest time for me. Once I sit down in front of the TV, all of the food in the house calls to me. I've been going to bed early just to avoid caving in...
