CELEBRATION (OR OPPPORTUNITY TO IMPROVE) FOR THE WEEK: Exercise every day...managed four days last week, but want to exercise daily. Also, I want to do better sticking to my plan even when life gets in the way (like the bagels at work tomorrow morning...gotta avoid them...and parties/social occasions)

Hello Folks,
Well here goes...I am back on track tomorrow. The new med's are making eating easier and pain free so that may account for the two pound gain...

Goal - 149
I have a mini goal of 157 by Sunday and that may be too ambitious but I don't think so. It is Monther's day and I should be able to get into the 150's by then. I saw 159 but didn't stay...it is a big hump to get over. Take care
