I"M NORMAL!!!!

I just had to share with my july friends. I weighed in this morning and i'm 149.5 making my BMI 24.9!!! Normal! ...well in the weight department, anyway. Thanks guys! I couldn't have done it without you! love Irene

Well Done Irene, Congratulations.....I am right behind you and it is folks like you that keep us all encouraged and determined. You must be 5 feet, five inches too......I am five-five and a half and my goal is 149.0 to BE NORMAL....I think that is what I am suppose to be????? Hi Deejay, Thank you! Today is my birthday, so getting to normal yesterday was a fantastic birthday gift. How are you doing since plastics? Are you happy with the results?
