DOES IT HURT???

Does the T.T. surgery hurt as bad or worse than the WLS? Thanks, Renee'

I've heard a mixed bag. Some said it's worse than the wls. Others said it was a breeze. I think it really depends on a couple of things. 1. the pain contol methods that the surgeon uses. 2. your pain threshold or tolerance. 3. MUSCLE work. If they have to repair a huge hernia or do extensive tightening of slack abdominals that seems to up the "ouch factor" significantly. Irene P.S. If you are really concerned about it, ASK the surgeon what he/she does for pain and tell them you are really worried or have low tolerence.
