Yesterday was pretty good. I'm still struggling with cravings (not hunger) after 7:30. I think I'm back in the swing of things. Here's today's plan:

Hey Denise, already down 1 pound !!!!!!!
Yesterday was good for me. I may have over did it on the nuts a bit, but I haven't had any in a while, so I'm figuring I am doing good. I got on the scale this morning, just for the heck of it and it read 180.5 (WOW RIGHT!). We will see if this number lasts through tommorow and the weekend.
