More to lose ... Tuesday (5/2)

Good morning ladies: Yesterday was a so-so day... I managed to stay on track with the protein train until 7:30 pm and suddenly, I lost it. I ate a half a jar of pineapple salsa and wheat thins (of all things!).... Here's today's plan: Breakfast: Tilapia Applesauce Lunch: South Beach - Chicken Cashew Dinner: Shrimp Lettuce Light dressing Snacks: Chicken Breast Sugar free popsicles Philly Swirl Nutrition: 1107 Calories 68 Carb 27 Fat 121 Protein Exercise: I overslept this morning... so no water aerobics 25 minutes Pilates Have a great day!! Good Morning! Today is going to be a great day for everyone! I didn't get on the scale this morning. I will wait a couple of days. Breakfast Protein Smoothie Lunch Chicken Salad (Lettuce, Tomato, Cheese and FF Salad Dressing) Dinner Chicken Salad Snack 1oz chicken Breast and Crackers Strawberries Philly Swirl Have a great day.
