Hi gang! Well, I'm back from my conference and the good news is I fit the dress!!! The bad news is that I gained 7 lbs!!!! Can you believe it.... 7 lbs.!!! I have to take full responsibility. I was in Detroit where there are a boatload of soul food houses and I think I sampled every one of them. I'm so glad to see folks are back on the train. The passengers were getting pretty light. So here's today's plan... it's going to be tough after being so carefree the last week: Breakfast: Tilapia Lunch: Salmon Romaine Lettuce Light dressing Dinner: South Beach - Penne Chicken Snack: South Beach Oatmeal Cookies Phyllie Swirls Nutrition: 855 Calories 43 Carbs 30 Fat 84 Protein Exercise 25 minutes Pilates 1 hr walking Have a great day!!!
