More to Lose...4/26
Hi Where is Everyone? The train is looking pretty empty these days. I hope everyone is still on track. I'm doing pretty good, I got on the scale and it read 179. I haven't had so many fluctuations in a long time. This morning my stomach looked flatter. This is very weird considering that I had been back and forth between 181 and 183 for about a week. Hopefully I will be holding on to the 179 until Monday...That's my official weigh in day.
