Hey Where is Everybody!!! I'm still on the train...trying to maintain. I weighed in at 183...again, will this ever end. Breakfast Protein Smoothie Lunch Stuffed Peppers Dinner Chicken and Salad Snacks Frozen Fruit Popcorn Have a great Week!!!!

Keep on the train....we are all on the same track.......I am having such problems with protein that my drinks are a lifesaver. Chicken and fish won't go down this past month. I guess we all go through cycles. I am down and holding at 161...should see a change soon as I have seen that number for a few days now. Only 12 till goal butevery pound is like what 5 used to be.
