FINALLY!!!

For those *****member my first emotional breakdown a few days ago, I went to the mall today and fit into a pair of 18 capris!!! FINALLY!!! I was so happy. Last time I wore an 18 was in high school!! Another positive note...I went for my 3 mon visit yesterday at my surgeons and he was thrilled with my progress. The last time I saw him was 5 weeks post op and yelled at me for not exercising. I figured, "Oh yeah, I'll show you!" Needless to say he didn't yell at me this time! I lost 30 pounds since I saw him last. All he could say was that I am doing GREAT and it makes him feel so GOOD to see one of his patients doing so GOOD and looking so GOOD. (Looking so good?? Wow...that's not something I am used to hearing!! ) Dawn

You go girl!! Woo hoo!!! Keep up all that exercising and everything you're doing, its paying off tremendously!!! Soon you'll be telling us about your new size 10 jeans. CONGRATULATIONS! Tiff
