So here's today's plan: Breakfast: Tilapia Apple Snack: Chicken strips Carrots Lunch: South Beach Penne Chicken Snack: Chicken Strips Dinner: Tuna Lettuce Light Dressing Nutrition: 1153 Calories 31 Fat 50 Carbs 154 Protein Exercise: 1 hr water aerobics - DONE 25 minutes Pilates Walking 1 mile (hope to one day get up to 5!)
