I've missed Spyder's weekly weigh in post and thought I'd revive it. Whether you are:
- At goal and maintaining comfortably
- Struggling to maintain;
- Happily gaining; or
- Losing more...
A weekly weigh may be beneficial to all! So... let's celebrate our successes and offer encouragement to the JULY BABIES wherever they may be on this LIFELONG journey. The journey never ends, we must be vigilant and this might be a way to make it easier. So where am I? As if you didn't know:

Hello All,
I don't post on a regular basis but will try to do so.
Starting weight...290
Today's weight....163
Goal is ...149 which is 14 pounds to a Normal BMI
Pounds lost from heaviest 299...is 136
Goal is always exercise...I don't do it on a regular basis and it is just because life is soooooo busy. Best friend and I will go out walking weekly one morning and that will start this week so that may be a first step.
