Hi Mary!! I wonder where Monna is these days? I hope all is well with her. I did my usual water aerobics. I fell off the wagon eating today. So I'll probably add some walking and Pilates... Will strive to do better tomorrow... Have a great day! Denise

Denise, I have been wondering about Monna myself....I will send her an email, hopefully all is well. Now dust yourself off missy and get back to driving that wagon. Great plan on the workout...don't sabbotage yourself...I will not allow it. Mary

This morning I went for my 2.5 mile walk, this evening I plan on 1 hr Salsa class, followed by 1 hr of Pilates.
