Good morning, Ladies!! Okay, I'm convinced... it's got to be the Girl Scout Cookies!!! I'm back down to 219 this morning... No, girl scout cookies aren't part of the plan today!!! Here's the plan: Breakfast: Tilapia Applesauce Snack: Grilled Chicken Lunch: South Beach Chicken Cashew Snack: Raisins Dinner: Tuna Cheese Lettuce Light Dressing Snack: Sugar free popsicles Nutrition: 1244 Calories 32 Fat 105 Carb 113 Protein Exercise: 1 hr water aerobics - DONE 25 minutes Pilates Have a great day!!! Denise 326/219/170 -107 49 lbs to Drs goal 19 lbs to mini goal of 200 by July 6

Good Morning, Either the girl scout cookies are magical or all the movement and exercise from your time at Disney is catching up with you. Whatever the reason don't question it, just enjoy it!!!!!! I'm having a not so healty eating day today. Last night I craved chinese food, I got some and only ended up eating an eggroll and tasting the other stuff. I brought some in for lunch today. Today's plan: Breakfast Blueberry Toast Turkey Sausage FF Cheese Lunch Shrimp Fried Rice Orange Chicken Dinner Salad? I'm not sure. Snacks Eggroll Pears w/ sprinkled cinnamon Have a great day. Teah

Denise - congratulations on losing all that weight!! WooHoo!! I still haven't weighed - this has got to be some sort of a record. I didn't exercise this morning - it was SOOOOO cold!! I'll do it when I get home tonight.
