If you've become a little lax in your exercise routine, don't worry! There's no time like the present to get back on track. Don't get down on yourself for letting things slip. Instead, re-commit yourself to regular exercise. Remind yourself of how good it felt after a long walk or an exercise class. Get that feeling back again by doing some exercise today. You can do it! Good morning, Mary! Today was my first day back on my regular schedule. It was a little tough, but I got through it! 1 hr water aerobics - DONE 25 minutes Pilates Have a great day my successful friend!! Denise 326/223/170 -102 53 lbs to Drs. goal 23 lbs to mini goal of 200 by July 6

Todays morning workout was 30 min on the eliptical and this evening 1 hr spin class.
