Monday 3/20 Excercise
If you've become a little lax in your exercise routine, don't worry! There's no time like the present to get back on track. Don't get down on yourself for letting things slip. Instead, re-commit yourself to regular exercise. Remind yourself of how good it felt after a long walk or an exercise class. Get that feeling back again by doing some exercise today. You can do it!
