Yesterday was a good day. I'm holding steady at 219... If I can just behave myself for more than 3 days, I think the scale will move again. Today's plan:

Exercise:
1 hr water aerobics - DONE!

Hi all!
I did really well yesterday - in fact, I really didn't eat enough, but I feel back on track, no real cravings today. I weighed and of course that cookie pound showed up....168 again - guess I won't see 164 by St. Patrick's Day.
I'm doing well so far today too. Here's my plan:
B: Carb Countdown with Unjury
L: 1 T Peanut Butter, cucumber and Unjury in lemonade (I'm saving up for dinner...)
S: Carb fix pretzels
D: Taco salad made with ground turkey, low sodium taco seasoning, lettuce, lf shredded cheddar, ff sour cream, taco sauce and 1/2 taco shell crumbled on top.
S: maybe a few more pretzels if necessary, Unjury in lemonade to up the protein.
Totals:
Calories: 767
Carbs: 36
Protein: 80
Exercise: I did the WATP WalkBlaster this morning, and I plan to do the Walk and Jog this evening.

Okay... time to confess... BRATTY GIRL IS BACK!!! I just ate a cheese danish... WHY?????
Because it was offered to me at work. Someone came in my office with a tray before my face and before I could blink twice, I vacuum cleaned one down!!! UGH?????
I don't feel light-headed, so it didn't affect my sugar levels, but GEEEEEEEZ. Will I ever get my impulse eating under control!!!!
