More to Lose....Tues 3/7
Good Morning Ladies,
Thanks for all of your cares about my accident. I'm feeling much better still have alittle neck pain but it should pass with time. I did make it to my aqua class then I sat in the hot tub for a while and that really helped.
Here's my plan for today:
Before work: coffee with sf french van. creamer
Protein shake
Breakfast: Yogurt
Turkey Breakfast link
Lunch: Mini Pita pocket sandwich (turkey)
orange
Snack: Cottage cheese
Dinner: Bowl of soup
Still shooting for my 80 oz of water can't seem to get it in lately, Aqua class tonight.

Good morning, Ladies!
Yesterday was not very good. I fell into a carb trap. I binged on pancakes (w/sugar free syrup)! I ate passed my calorie allowance. This morning has not been so good either. On Tuesdays, the pool has a continental breakfast with pastries from the St. Louis Bread Company (I think it's called Panera's in other cities). Some Tuesdays I can walk away, not today! My carb addict ways kicked in and I have had a cheese danish already, which has gobbled up 400 calories from today and it's only 7:50 am! So... here's the regroup plan for the rest of the day:
Breakfast:
Cheese Danish (UGH!!)
Coffee
Cream
Lunch:
South Beach - Penne Chicken
Dinner:
Tilapia
Applesauce
Nutrition:

Exercise:
1 hr water aerobics

S~a few samples of the meats the kids at school cooked up (beef, pork...and not that much), some candy (dumb mints!), and a few potato chips
Exercise: None...cleaned, colored my hair, took a drive with hubby instead
