More to Lose...Sunday 3/5

I guess I'm a little superstitious ~ I don't want the day to end without a 'More to Lose' thread!! I went out to dinner last night, and I did pretty well - except they had these scones that were to die for - I had two... . I was still at 167 this morning, and I've been really good today, so hopefully a small deviation won't matter. Here's today's plan. B: Carb Countdown with Unjury L: 1 hard boiled egg, 1/2 cup FF ricotta cheese with white chocolate flavored syrup (yum) D: Diet Coke chicken breast in a green salad with red onion, red roasted pepper and SF dressing. S: Carb Fix pretzels Totals: Calories: 850 Carbs: 36 Protein: 97 Exercise: I did the 2.5 mile WATP Walk and Kick video this morning and the 2 mile WATP WalkBlaster this afternoon. I check in everyday. I am sooooo proud of you and all the girls here....you are slowly creeping down the scale girl...way to go....I'll catch up with you soon. Hugs Karen
