Hi Mary - Still not feeling so well, but I pushed myself though the 2 mile WATP WalkBlaster this morning. I highly doubt that I'll do another session later - I just don't have the energy... Hugs, Nancy 280/168/155

Been to the gym already for 20 minutes on the recumbent and 50 minutes weight training. Having a terrible time losing the weight I gained when I was sick. Need to be able to do an hour a day on my Gazelle again. Hopefully I can get a pair of the spring shoes and maybe that will help. Monna
