More to lose... Monday (2/27)... Serious wake up call...
Hi Everyone,
I was MIA over the weekend. Was not feeling great, computer problems, and so much to do. Stayed pretty much with the program, but not being able to do my hour long cardio every day is taking its toll. I cannot seem to lose the weight I gained when I was sick. I think I will go to the gym on my non-class days to do cardio on the recumbent bike. One of the instructors has had problems with plantar fasciitis and said nothing really helped until she got the spring shoes. Think I'll have to try that.

I had a lousy weekend with food. I think I pretty much ate constantly, and nothing healthy. I worked so hard last week to say "good," only to muck it up with a weekend. I really have to get weekends under control.
