Good morning, Ladies:
Weekends are tough for me.... I start eating without thinking or planning... I'm already heavy on carbs and calories so the rest of the day is going to be very light! After seeing Irene's new photo, I'm inspired to try and behave myself today. It won't be easy since I've already overspent my calories, but here goes:

Hi Denise,
I'm not feeling so well again today. I have a really sore throat and just feeling yucky. I'm heading off to the doctor at 12:30, just to make sure it's not strep. I haven't really planned yet for today - haven't felt much like eating and didn't weigh or exercise this morning (so you KNOW I'm not well... ).
I'll probably try and stick to lots of liquids and maybe some chicken soup this evening.
