Good morning, Ladies: Weekends are tough for me.... I start eating without thinking or planning... I'm already heavy on carbs and calories so the rest of the day is going to be very light! After seeing Irene's new photo, I'm inspired to try and behave myself today. It won't be easy since I've already overspent my calories, but here goes: Breakfast: Two small pancakes Diet Syrup Snack: Small box raisins Lunch: Oatnut bread Peanutbutter Snack: Tangerine Dinner: Ground Turkey Snack: Tilapia Nutrition: Calories 1310 Fat 49 Carbs 173 Protein 69 Exercise: 20 minunites Pilates -- DONE.... Hi Denise, I'm not feeling so well again today. I have a really sore throat and just feeling yucky. I'm heading off to the doctor at 12:30, just to make sure it's not strep. I haven't really planned yet for today - haven't felt much like eating and didn't weigh or exercise this morning (so you KNOW I'm not well... ). I'll probably try and stick to lots of liquids and maybe some chicken soup this evening. Hope everyone has a great weekend!! Hugs, Nancy 280/169/155
