Sit-ups?
I've never been able to do sit-ups. Ever. Even as a kid I couldn't do them. Last night I decided to try and amazed myself by doing 25 sit-ups! So then I decided to be brave and try push-ups. Only did a few, hurt my knees too much so I tried to do the man version.......no go. But I'm just shocked that I was able to do sit-ups and do them the right way!
Tomorrow I'm going to get out my Billy Banks cd set........that I boguht a month ago and give them a whirl. I need to kick up my exercise a notch and that oughta do it. Walking and doing the gazelle just isn't doing it anymore. My weight loss has stopped and I have so much more to lose.

Great job!!! You might consider in joining us on our daily excercise post. You need to change up your excercise often as the body becomes accustomed to your routine, therefore you need to shcok it with doing something new.
