Hi All, I am back. Just late posting--had to cut a lot of fabric for customers this morning. (yeahm because we need the money). Breakfast banana Lunch Lean Cuisine Sesame chicken Protein Drink Dinner Protein Bar Snack String cheese tangerine pistachio nuts Philly Swirl totals Calories: 897 Fat: 28 Carb: 96 Protein: 69 I swear I will exercise for 45 minutes this evening--balance ball and yoga. Having a terrible time losing the weight I gained when I was sick. Have gym class tomorrow. Getting back in the swing of thing. Monna
