July Babies Excercise Challenge
I have been exercising three times a week with a couple ladies at my church. We meet early in the morning, after I drop my kiddos off at school. We alternate between Pilates and Walk Away the Pounds. It's been a great motivator for me to have someone to workout with, because even though I have these same videos at home, I wasn't doing them on my own.
