More to Lose.....Sunday 1/29!!
Hello All!
Well I have mostly been lurking... BUT I really need to get back on track with this. So, as Denise says, she posts no matter how bad it is. I am going to try really hard to start doing the same. When you read what you have eaten for the day I think it is a huge wake up call. 2 weeks ago I put into fitday what I had for a day and was SHOCKED!! I had consumed 2000 calories! What was the point of having the surgery if I am going to do that? So here goes:
800 3/4 cup granola cereal w/ 1/2 cup vanilla soy
1100 baked chicken breast
1400 2 cups salad, 2 hard boiled eggs w/ 1000 Island
1600 2 cups popcorn
1830 1 cup homemade beef stew
I couldnt find the eggs on fitday, not such a good day. Tomorrow will be better!
1148 calories
46 grams of fat *sigh*
102 carbs *sigh*
82 protein
I am surprised at the protein.
