More to Lose... (1/25)... Expecting a Drum Roll!
Hi Denise and All,
Congrats on a great weight loss. I'm not as lucky as you....I'm still the same. Oh well I guess I should be happy I didn't gain. Maybe in two weeks when we weigh again I loose something. I sure hope so.
Here's my plan:
protein shake
cream of wheat
banana with peanut butter
SmartOnes frozen dinner
Cottage cheese
Orange
string cheese
Don't know what I feel like for dinner yet, I'll try and think of something healthy.
Walking my Shepherd, hope to get in all my water.
