No more pain!!

Well thanks for the posts everyone! I can't beleive we are really all going through the same stuff. Last night I realized that the pain was due to lack of a BM. I can't beleive that that much pain could come from that. The scales were up to 171 and I was physically bloated when I looked in the mirror...plus my pants were cutting me in two. Things started to move last night and I really need to keep better track in that area because days go by and I don't realized that I have't gone....Hugs to all..Now I a m focussed on getting back into those 60's Karen 290 - 171 - 149
